President and Founder Karen Ostrov, Ph.D., combines her people skills as a licensed psychologist with her business skills as an executive coach to help her clients build their bottom line, find an added dimension to their success and create a more meaningful connection with their work. When dealing with complex interpersonal problems, Dr. Ostrov gets to the heart of the matter quickly, but gracefully. She helps her clients select strategies to create a winning work environment. As a result, her clients attain their professional goals more rapidly.   Over her career, she has assessed and helped hundreds of people improve their communication and leadership skills. Dr. Ostrov received her Ph.D. in psychology from Marquette University, a Masters degree in counseling from Washington University at St. Louis and a BA with honors in psychology from the University of Michigan. Called upon as an expert in her field, Karen partnered in the design of the executive coaching curriculum for the Leadership Beyond Management program at the Center for Advanced Studies in Business within the University of Wisconsin School of Business.
